Dr. ZheenbekKulenbekov is an Associate Professor and Head of Applied Geology Department at AmericanUniversity of Central Asia providing lectures on Hydrogeology, Integrated Water Resource Management(IWRM), Environmental Geology, and Climate Change and Sustainable Developments Goals. He is ahydrogeologist with broad expertise in hydrology studies and hydrological modelling, water monitoring,and environmental impact assessment. He has great experiences in surface and groundwater watermonitoring in Kyrgyzstan, including observation points grid design, water sampling, field measurements,hydrochemical data processing, mapping and spatial analysis in GIS and Remote Sensing.
