Guide for M.D. and Ph.D. students.She is Founder/President of R. K. Academy as well as Kavita Holistic Healing and handling the responsibilities of Editor of Deerghayu International peer reviewed Journal. She has 27 years of teaching experience at under graduation (UG) level and 22 years of teaching experiecne at post graduation (PG) Level. She has presented papers at national and international levels.
