Dr. Vijaya Nath Mishra, DM Neurology is a neurologist. Currently, he is professor in the Department of Neurology, Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He has done many efforts towards spreading awareness against epilepsy at both national and international level. He also served as Medical Superintendent at Sir Sunder Lal Hospital, Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University.

His research interest is focused on the study of epilepsy, cognitive impairment and other neurological disorder.
