Seow Ta Wee is anAssociate Professor in the Department of Construction Management at UniversitiTun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) in BatuPahat, Johor since 2002. He obtained his Ph.D in Environmental Management from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. His transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary research united geography, environment, social science and safety & health into the current niche area of the research especially in the field of social development and environmental management. He also had been appointed as the consultant, external examiner, guest lecturer, keynote speakers, inaugural lecture speaker, visitingresearch scholar and liaison person at national and international levels. He published about 300 articles in journal, conference papers and chapter in book, 20 technical reports and 7 books. He supervise 40 post graduate students included post-doctoral.
