Dr. Mukesh Singh Boori is working as a Senior Scientist in Scientific Research Laboratory of Geo-informatics and Information
Security (SRL-55),Samara National Research University, Samara, Russia.He established a Laboratory of Advance Technology for Earth Remote sensing in Russia And Awarded Russian Scientific Foundation (RSF) grant in the year of 2015-2016.
Also he Awarded Bonn University Research Scholarship from the Department of Geography for short term
research work at Bonn, Germany in the year of 2016.
Research Interest:
Quantitative estimation of land surface variables for natural resources management in the context of
global change from satellite remote sensing.
Spatio-temporal analysis of remotely sensed data to bring improved information for natural resource
monitoring, management and modeling.
Applications of remote sensing and GIS in different fields such as land use/cover change,
vulnerability, climate change, urbanization, environmental monitoring and assessment.
