Kalpesh Katudia started his carrier as a research fellow in 2008, studying whole genome, whole exome and transcriptome sequencing for horn cancer, metagenomics and progressive retinal atrophy specimen from model organisams through Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology for finding disease causing mutations in reported genes. Presently he is working on aspects of early detection and personalized medicines in oncology (liquid and solid tumors) through mass parallel sequencing of multiple targeted oncogenes and studying mutations in it at Nueberg Supratech Labs, Genomic Research Center, Ahmedabad.
