Professor K. K. Janardhanan obtained Ph.D degree from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, India and worked as Post- Doc Fellow at Institute of Microbiology, Prague, Czech Republic.  He was Deputy Director at Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic  Plants , Lucknow, India. Currently he is working as Professor at Amala Cancer Research Centre, Thrissur, India. Dr. Janardhanan carries with him over 40 years of R&D experience on natural products and published around 200 research papers in peer reviewed national and international journals and 5 books.

Research Interest:

Professor K. K. Janardhanan is working on medicinal mushrooms for the development of therapeutically useful products for the treatment of cancer and cardiovascular diseases.
