Dinesh Chandra Devkota is Former Hon Vice Chairman (VC), and Former Member (Jan 2009-Sept 2011) of the National Planning Commission (NPC), Government of Nepal (GoN) and contributed in development planning in Nepal. Contributed in high level policy formulation mainly in the fields of infrastructure planning, technical education, livelihood promotion, entrepreneurship development, climate change policy (adaptation and mitigation), Climate Resilient Planning,  Green economy, low carbon growth path, and public-private partnerships and many more. 

Prior joining to NPC has more than 25 years experience in development field mainly in infrastructure sector and technical education of Nepal. Contributed in many national and international Seminar/Conferences as Key Note Speaker and in respectable senior roles. Achievements have been published, papers in many reputable national and international journals.
