Prof. Cemil Yesilsoy has persued his DDS from Ankara School of Dentistry,attained MS Certificate in graduate Endodontics from University of Minnesota, DMD from Temple University and also cracked the Northeast regional Boards.He is Licensed to practice at Pennsylvania, New jersey, Germany and Turkey. He Served as an Evaluator of Endodontic Graduate Student Cases, Director of Juniors    Endodontology Lecture Series, Director of Sophomore-Endodontology didactic Lecture Series, Director of Undergraduate Endodontic Clinic, Departmental Research Committee Member, Departmental liaison Faculty for Infection Control, Co-Director of Undergraduate Division. He also worked as a Course Director of Post Graduate Endodontic "Endodontic methods and materials", Current Lit. Review Graduate Endodontics program, As Program Director at AEGD - Endodontic lecture series, As an Interim Co-Chair of Dept.of Endodontics and currently serving as a Chair of Endodontic Dept.at Temple University, School of Dentistry Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He also Presented many National & International presentations in the field of endodontics and Received many Awards & Honors.

Research Interest:

His Famous publications are:  A Translation of "A colour Atlas of Oro-facial Diseases" (an English Textbook into Turkish) in 1973, "Healthy Mouth"- A brochure, information for publication, Diyarbakir University, Diyarbakir, Turkey, 1980., A Comparison of Human Pulp Fibroblasts and L929 Cells as Model for Assessing Cytotoxic Effects of Endodontic Materials.  M.S. Thesis, University of Minnesota, August, 1982. Many of his Abstracts in the field of Endodontics and oral medicine have been accepted and published in peer- reviewed Journals.
