"Curbing the Incidence of Cathether-Associated Urinary Tract Infections in the Four Intensive Care Units of a Tertiary Medical Center"

Outline: Catheter-associated urinary tract infections (CAUTI) is one of the most common nosocomial infections in critical care units worldwide. This study will try to validate that the implementation of the CAUTI Bundle of Best Practices will drastically decrease the incidence of CAUTI in the adult population of the four intensive care units (ICUs) of the Medical Center.
